Flores worked in his mother’s law office and later served as an Assistant Court Coordinator. He went on to serve as a prosecutor and was appointed Municipal Judge for the City of Palmview in 2015. He no longer serves as Palmview’s municipal judge and became a prosecutor for the City of Alamo in 2023.

Attorney Flores completed ACS-CHAL coursework and passed the certification examination in 2017, earning recognition as an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist.
